RULES AND REGULATIONS

For All Vendors at Larry’s Old Time Trade Days

To maintain a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for vendors and guests, the following rules must be followed. Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises and forfeiture of leased lot(s), at management’s discretion.

Vendor Registration & Lot Use
 

  1. Lot Receipts: Required for vendor entry and lot renewal. No subleasing. Identification may be required.

  2. Lot Renewals: Must be paid by Sunday at 7 PM during the show. No refunds or transfers.

  3. Vehicle Parking: Vendors must rent enough space to park on their lot(s).

  4. Illegally Parked Vehicles: Will be towed at the owner's expense.

  5. Utility Use: Unauthorized water/electric use will incur a $25 fee.

  6. Selling Area: Vendors must stay within their designated lot(s).

  7. Attendance: Vendors must occupy lots by 8 AM Saturday or risk reassignment.

    • Pavilions, Shops, and Porches must be open Friday–Sunday, 8 AM – 5 PM.

  8. Construction: No tables, walls, racks, etc. without management approval.

  9. Food Sales: Must meet State Health Dept. standards and have management approval.

  10. Content Restrictions: Management reserves the right to restrict sales of inappropriate, political, religious, or soliciting material.

  11. Prohibited Activities: No raffles, lotteries, auctions, carnival games, palm reading, etc.

Prohibited Items & Conduct
 

  1. Not Allowed:

  • Alcohol

  • Loud music or amplifiers

  • Animals/pets (no dogs allowed, no animal sales or exhibits)

  • Generators

  • Pallets

  1. Left Items: All merchandise is left at the vendor’s own risk.

  2. Advertisements: Only allowed on official bulletin boards. No signs on trees or buildings.

Clean-Up & Sanitation
 

  1. Trash: Vendors must pick up bags at the office. Lots must be cleaned (including zip ties).

    • Early arrivals and stay-overs must take trash to dumpsters.

  2. Wastewater: Must not be released into streets or public areas. Dump stations are provided.

Ground Rules
 

  1. Speed Limit: 5 MPH enforced throughout the grounds.

  2. No Riding Allowed: Motorcycles, bicycles, four-wheelers, or golf carts during sale hours.

Office & Payment Info
 

  1. Lot Renewal: Pay before 7 PM Sunday or lose the lot.

  2. Office Hours: Open Wednesday–Sunday, 7 AM–7 PM during show week.

  3. Payment Policy: No check cashing or two-party checks. Returned checks incur a $25 fee.

Responsibility & Liability
 

  1. Children: Must remain with parents or guardians at all times.

  2. Liability: Management is not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged goods or property.

  3. Indemnification: Vendors agree to hold harmless Larry’s Old Time Trade Days.

Additional Notes
 

  1. Payment Before Setup: All lots must be paid for before merchandise is displayed.

  2. Early Arrival/Stay-Overs:

  • $5/day charge for early arrivals

  • $20/day for stay-overs

  • Bathrooms open Tuesday before show and close Tuesday after at noon

  1. Sales Tax Permit Required:
    Texas law requires all vendors to have a valid sales tax permit.
